Benefits of Grenada Citizenship
To support an application, the following documentation is typically required:
Valid photo identification such as a passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card
Evidence of income, which may include an employment letter, work contract, or most recent payslip
Copies of the property title or Deed of Conveyance supplied by the seller
A property valuation completed by an approved valuer
A signed Sale Agreement clearly stating the purchase price
Recent bank statements reflecting any outstanding loan obligations
Eligibility Requirements
The main applicant and spouse must be at least 18 years of age
Dependent children between 18 and 30 years old must be fully financially supported by the main applicant
Parents and grandparents aged 55 and over must also be fully supported by the main applicant
Siblings of the main applicant may qualify if they are unmarried, have no children, and are fully financially dependent on the main applicant
Applicants must have a clean criminal record
Applications will be declined if the applicant has previously been refused a visa from any country that has a visa-free travel agreement with Grenada
Investment Options
Government Contribution Option
Single applicant: US$150,000
Single applicant and spouse: US$200,000
Single applicant, spouse, and up to two dependents: US$200,000
Each additional qualifying dependent: US$25,000
Real Estate Investment Option
Applicants may alternatively qualify for Grenadian citizenship by investing in an approved real estate development. The property must be held for a minimum period of five years.
Single applicant: Minimum investment of US$220,000 plus an application fee of US$1,500
Single applicant and spouse: Minimum investment of US$220,000 plus an application fee of US$3,000
Single applicant, spouse, and up to two dependents: Minimum investment of US$220,000 plus an application fee of US$6,000

Each additional qualifying dependent (after the third): US$25,000
